How our grading works
Grading describes cosmetic condition only. Functionally, every device has to pass the same 45-point test before it reaches the shelf — a phone that fails any functional check is not graded down, it is not sold.
- Grade A
- No scratches visible at arm’s length. Battery health 85% or above.
- Grade B
- Light scuffs or edge wear, fully functional, priced to reflect the cosmetics.
