You may request a return or replacement if:
The product is damaged, defective, not working, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The item is unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, labels, and documents.
Note:
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong selection, or preference differences.
Due to hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions, the following items are not returnable:

Hygiene-related products
Software, digital products, gift cards
Items without original packaging
Custom-made or special-order items
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Specific brand or supplier policies may also apply.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our support team will verify and arrange:
Replacement
Return pickup (if available)
Support as per supplier/manufacturer guidelines
Final approval depends on product type and supplier policy.
If you received:
The wrong item, or
Missing accessories, or
Less quantity than ordered

Refunds are approved only if:

Refund timeline:
Bank Transfer / Digital Wallet: 3–7 business days
Cash on Delivery: Refunded via wallet or bank transfer only
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Nikodeal is responsible for the issue.
Refund method may vary according to payment gateway rules.
A return may be rejected if:
The product is used or damaged by the customer
Packaging, accessories, or parts are missing
Serial numbers or identifiers do not match
The product was altered or repaired
The return request is made after the allowed time
Warranty claims are processed strictly according to manufacturer/supplier policies.
Nikodeal helps guide customers but does not control warranty decisions.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund for prepaid cancellations follows the regular refund timeline.
