Return & Refund Policy – Nikodeal

We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers can request a return, replacement, or refund.

By shopping with Nikodeal, you agree to the following terms.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, not working, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, labels, and documents.

Note:
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong selection, or preference differences.


2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions, the following items are not returnable:

  • Opened personal care items

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Software, digital products, gift cards

  • Items without original packaging

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Specific brand or supplier policies may also apply.


3. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will verify and arrange:

    • Replacement

    • Return pickup (if available)

    • Support as per supplier/manufacturer guidelines

Final approval depends on product type and supplier policy.


4. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received:

  • The wrong item, or

  • Missing accessories, or

  • Less quantity than ordered

Please contact us within 24–48 hours, and we will arrange a correction or replacement.


5. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Issue details

    • Photos/videos as proof

  3. Wait for approval

  4. Return the product in secure packaging

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only if:

  • A replacement is not available, or

  • The returned product passes inspection and meets our policy conditions.

Refund timeline:

  • Bank Transfer / Digital Wallet: 3–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via wallet or bank transfer only

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless Nikodeal is responsible for the issue.

Refund method may vary according to payment gateway rules.


7. Reasons for Return Rejection

A return may be rejected if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer

  • Packaging, accessories, or parts are missing

  • Serial numbers or identifiers do not match

  • The product was altered or repaired

  • The return request is made after the allowed time


8. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are processed strictly according to manufacturer/supplier policies.
Nikodeal helps guide customers but does not control warranty decisions.


9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Refund for prepaid cancellations follows the regular refund timeline.
