  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the next steps.

Depending on the product type, the issue may be handled by:

6. Support Limitations

We may not be able to provide support for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

For expired warranty items, we can still help guide you to paid repair services.


7. Order Cancellation Support

Order cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
